Plain vanilla has 200 calories and 4.5 grams fat—if you can stop at just half a cup. “People automatically assume frozen yogurt is better for you than ice cream,” says Wiatt. “But it’s still dessert.”
HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE

Edy’s Slow Churned Vanilla Light Ice Cream has 100 calories and 3.5 grams fat.






Veggie Chips

A serving has approximately 150 calories and 9 grams fat. “Don’t let the term veggie fool you; made from vegetables or not, most are still fried like a potato chip,” says Wiatt.
